In your FAQ – you mentione that there should be text at the bottom of the page. I am not seeing this, even after refreshing pages multiple times.

How do I know my blog is being cached?
You need to refresh a page twice. If a page is cached, at the bottom of the page there is a text like “<!– WP Fastest Cache file was created in 0.330816984177 seconds, on 08-01-14 9:01:35 –>”.

I have also checked my website speeds out over at feedthebot and it’s saying I still having issues with:
    -Enable Compression
    -Leverage browser caching
    -Minify CSS
    -Minify HTML
    -Minify JavaScript
-Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

    Please Advise.
