    hey,

    I recently downloaded and activated your plugin and I’m not sure it’s working for me. I followed the installation/set-up instructions both in GA and the WC Integration settings (like inputting tracking code, etc) and I tested it by abandoning a cart on a different computer but my abandoned cart never showed up and nothing else is showing up under the E-Commerce tab on GA.

    Could you help me? Am I doing something wrong or do you think I might have skipped a step?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    You haven’t enabled “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” from the settings of our plugin (it’s a very basic setting) which resulted in “ga not defined” error in your store (screenshot).

    Due to this, our plugin is unable to send “Enhanced Ecommerce” data to your GA account.

    Enable “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” option for our plugin & analyze the data.
