Not sure if website is too slow?

  • Hi guys.

    I think my website might be a bit slow. I think its after i added a custom header. I have cache plugin (w3 i think) But im not computer savvy enough to know how to impliment the plugin effectively to speed up my site.

    Its still in construction but here is the site: https://www.mygolfcop.com

    Could some1 check it out and see if it loads slow for them and if so how could i speed things up..

  • Seems to be running fine in Chrome 10, FF4, and Safari 5.

    If you want to speed things up…. you will have to reduce the HTTP requests, HOW? using technics like SPRITES CSS, and use WP ENQUEUE SCRIPTS function… simple and powerful!…

    I don’t think, it actually last too much loading, i think it’s fine.

    thanks guys. Im not big into the coding side of things so i dont know any techniques to shorten codes etc

    Do you know the bandwidth of your conection to internet??

    Loading fine in IE8 and FF4. Love your title, what a unique and cool idea for a site.
