It can not post after API credentials are entered and tested,

    On Twitter:

You currently have access to a subset of
Twitter API v2 endpoints and limited v1.1
endpoints (e.g. media post, oauth) only.
If you need access to this endpoint, you
may need a different access level.
    You can learn more here:
    https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/product

But there are no further App settings to change from twitter.

    On Facebook:

Is required Business documentation and approval (discretionary) before the API credentials can even be fully released with the required permission.

Has been a time consuming testing. Any advice much appreciated

  • Best I can suggest is the plugin definitely works with all channels, so it will always be API setup or permissions issues. With Facebook, just add all the permissions, since there is definitely something missing from the documentation that we added to get it working. I’m afraid this is just the nature of these networks, they really aren’t as easy as they should be for these common needs.

Hi guys ?? Just release a new version a few hours ago. It should fix many issues related to Twitter but note that you might have to re-create the Twitter Application to make sure it’s using the version 2 of the Twitter API. Also, the latest version of the plugin absolutely requires PHP 8 (I feel a bit sorry about this, but it has to be done).
