Currently when I purchase an item it takes me to a page that asks for an email, and to retype the email. That same page has the coupon code box on it. If I continue I get two more pages to finish out the purchase. If I decide to put in the coupon code on the final page, right before I complete the purchase, it will take me back to the email page, where I have to retype in my email and go through the other two pages to get back to the end. Is this necessary? Is there a way where I can just put in the coupon code on the last page and not be taken back to the email page? I can give exact URLs if someone wants to test what I’m seeing.

Thank you. I was not aware that existed. I’ve been searching for a place to submit questions without having to pay $99 to submit a ticket.

This doesn’t sound like a dev suggestion or issue. It sounds like a theme issue. The checkout process in our default plugin is contained all on one single page NOT three pages. This is something your theme is altering the site to do. I would suggest checking for a theme update or inquiring about the issue with the theme developer.

Also the Git page is specifically for development and those that wish to get hands on in contributing to the project.

This forum IS the correct place to post your questions if you do not wish to pay for One on One service.

    Regards

I changed the template to the WordPress 2014 theme and this is still working as described above. It isn’t going to three separate pages. The URL is /products-page/checkout/ the whole time. First it asks for an email, then I click submit, the page reloads and /products-page/checkout/# is the URL now. It asks for billing info, I click submit, then it asks for CC info. The URL isn’t changing the whole time, the page is just reloading with new fields. Please feel free to test to see what I mean: https://www.spikesbbg.com/products-page/. There is some custom work done as you can see but the flow of the checkout page was not touched.

Does that make sense Edward? Were you able to test to see what I mean?

When you change themes you have to be sure to go to the Store Presentiation Settings and click “Flush Theme Cache” or it will still use the templates from the previous theme.

There is no way it would have a 3 page checkout using a default theme. Our templates simply don’t provide that checkout process.

I changed the theme and flushed the theme cache and now see all of the information on one checkout page. I’m sorry, there have been too many hands in this site and incorrect information passed between those hands. It’s obvious someone did some custom work to the checkout page. I’ll try to figure it out another way. Thank you.
