Not Submitting / Search Box Format

    Hello,

    I am having a few issues that I have seen different reponses too and hoping you can provide some clarity.

    First, when I load a document and click “submit” nothing happens, it just freezes like this: https://tinypic.com/r/2m6keme/9

    Second, I am trying to achieve the same layout for the search box as you have in the example. Currently mine shows the fields stacked. Can you provide a link or instructions to the documentation that shows how to acheive this? It also seems as though none of the SJB styling is implemented correctly??

    Hello @swyftinteractive,

    1- It might be possible that your website plugins are conflicting with SJB. Kindly deactivate your website all plugins expect SJB and then see this issue. Let us know if the problem still persists.

    2- We are not providing stacked fields layout. Are you modifying SJB plugin?

    I deactivated every single plugin, cleared the browser and both issues still exist. Submissions won’t go through and the stacked format is still there.

    Any other ideas as to what would be causing the issues?

    Are you modifying SJB plugin core files?
