2.4.3 ? This plugin isn’t to 4.x yet…

Very little had changed since 2.4.3 so I’m not sure the update is the behind the issue.

Did you update any other plugins or themes?

Tried flushing your permalinks?

Can you provide a link to a form I can troubleshoot?

Seems to work fine until submit… so check your thank page URL (i.e. make sure there’s not some stray characters in there).

Permalinks flushed and no change.

Yeah I didn’t have a thank you page and the same was happening. I added a page and no difference.

Hmmm… well there’s no reason why it would work before submit but not after unless something else in interfering with things.

Did you upgrade anything else at the same time?

Ah, I see the issue: name cannot under any circumstances be used as a field name.

Use first_name, last_name or a custom field.

Why? name is a reserved query var in WordPress. When it sees that, it tries to find a page named “Joe Schmoe” or whatever the user entered.

So… that should have never worked — are you sure you didn’t do anything other than upgrade the plugin? ??

Funny now I do remember they wanted a full name instead of first and last. I taught they were test this since sorry.
