    Correction. that 1 form isn’t working anymore either.

    The forms are working sporadically. I just got the contact form to work once. now it won’t submit again.

    Also, I did end up uninstalling and re-installing.

    oh, and wanted to tell you that the hosting company said the issue was “The database password encrypted”. Would that cause any issue? Seems like a strange reason.

    Hi, Thought I’d just summarize what’s been done here, you can ignore the previous 3 posts…

    1. Uninstalled SF plugin and re-installed
    2. deactivated all plugins and turned back on one at a time. One of them seemed to be in conflict. However, I can submit the forms one time each only. If I try to resubmit, they do not go through.
    3. Changed site theme to ‘out of the box’ WP theme, but the forms still did not submit.
    4. What is strange is that hosting company C-panel shows that the site is running WP 3.8.3, however, it is 3.9. Company says no-one has updated the site to 3.9.
    5. Hosting company says site crashed because of the following reason: “The database password encrypted”. Not sure this makes sense.

    I’m thinking there is a definite bug here or something went really awry with the hosting company. These forms were all working perfectly on Sunday.

    Ok, there’s clearly something awry here, but it does not appear to the the plugin itself (sometimes the forms work, which indicates the plugin is functioning correctly).

    Unfortunately, that means we’ve exhausted free support. At this point, any further troubleshooting would fall under premium support.

    But, before you do anything else, I’d advise you to switch hosts – iPage does not appear to be a quality host (judging by their ridiculous pricing and non-answer about password encryption). I suspect the issue lies here and simply migrating to a quality web host will fix the issue.
