Not stable. Poor support.

Unfortunately chose this cart because of the rating, and have regretted it since. I began with version 3.0.8 and all appeared to be well. After uploading and cleaning up over 800 products, I installed version following 3.0.8 and have not been able to add to cart, modify categories and their thumbnails, or import/export any products. After contacting the support team they sent me version 3.0.13 via email. The upgrade did not resolve the issues. I resolved to migrating to another cart system, however, I am unable to export the products already uploaded. I can’t help but wonder if the link to import/export is broken intentionally to avoid users from using other cart systems. In the interim, I have lost all holiday sales as a result. If you are in the market for a shopping cart system, I urge everyone to read forums before making a final selection.
