Not splitting mobile/desktop correctly

This plugin is useless the way it is working now.

My desktop ads are showing on mobile and desktop. The mobile ads were showing on mobile for a couple of days, now they aren’t showing at all.

This makes no sense. And I have emailed support on the plugins website numerous times without so much as a reply.

Poor level of support for someone who paid for your product. Help would be appreciated.
