    Hello,

This is more general (workflow) question and not a stupid one, at all…

Just tell me if I am wrong:

    • Form is filled out.
    • Email/IP is marked as spam.
    • Email/IP can not submit form.
    • Email/IP calls us and tells that he/she can not submit the form.
    • We check the message content and assure that content is not a spam.
    • We mark the Email/IP as Not Spam.
    • Email/IP is on our whitelist.
    • Email/IP should now submit form with no problems.

    My question is:
Is there any way submitted data, that were blocked and now are whitelisted, to be send automatically? (I know this sounds funny).

Or Email/User should fill out the form again and send it?

Thank you in advance. And remember: there are no stupid questions ??

    Hello @kgbranko

    Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, the blocked data that you marked as “Not spam” can’t be submitted automatically.

So, user should re-submit the form.
