Not sorting

I have the latest version of WP and Nextgen-gallery.
When uploading photos to the gallery, they sort in any order they want. I have tried changing the sorting but shows no changes at all.
I have disabled all plugins, tried changing all the image names, re-uploading all images…. nothing.
I have also tried the solutions here:
