Three topics have NOT been solved, I cannot mail my subscribers! I cannot access my subscriber lists past the first page! I cannot export a single subscriber list! You promised to look into it, it has now been 4 weeks, you say it has been resolved, it has not! Obviously the worst is that I cannot send the newsletter to my subscribers, but the other two are important to me too. WHEN are you going to do something about this?

  • Hi there

I apologize for the frustration caused. I have logged all three issues on our development schedule though and we’re trying to have these fixed as soon as possible.

We are working on an update and hope to have it ready to be released early next week.

    Hi,

Will that update fix the 3 issues?

    Hi there

I’ve put all three on the ‘to do’ list to ensure they are fixed ASAP.

    Hi Jarryd,

Thanks, but you said the same thing 5 weeks ago. When is ASAP?

    Hi there

We’re trying our best to release this, this week. Unfortunately at the time of the last post we ran into a few unexpected but urgent fixes required on our other plugins and I sincerely apologize for this delay.

    Hi there

I’ve released an update a few hours ago with a variety of fixes.

As per one of your forum topics – I’ve added in the ability to export a specific list of subscribers. This can be done by going to ‘Newsletters’ -> ‘Lists’ and hovering over the name of a list until a link called ‘Export’ is visible.

I’ve tested the subscriber page functionality thoroughly on my side but was unable to replicate the pagination issues you’ve experienced when navigating to page 2 – everything appears to be working as expected when I tested on my side.

Please download/export a list of your subscribers and confirm if any subscriber entries contain any special characters or non-UTF 8 back-tickets or apostrophes as this may be interfering with the database query to render the second page.

I’ve also tested all campaign and sending functionality and this is working as expected.

I had suggested in a previous topic for you to try an alternative sending method under ‘Newsletters’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Email Settings’ as your current sending method may not be configured correctly. Please confirm if an alternative sending method has been tried and if it worked or not?

    I hope the above helps?
