Not so tested plugin

  • I have an experience with the pro version of this plugin.

    The plugin isn’t well tested by the company behind it and, the result of this is that it contains various bugs in functionalities that are supposed to work out of the box.

    If you are a developer and want something as a starting point for development can be useful but I will not recommend it if you have short time or want something that just works. I chose the plugin for the integration it has with vendor plugins (Dokan,WCMP,WC Vendor) and that part seems to work but for other main features it’s not well implemented and tested. Don’t aspect that everything works.

    We need something that works as soon as possible and we chose something else for the registration part of our project.

    During the process, we ask for support and we get from the plugin creator a development version that is supposed to solve the bugs we reported. We haven’t tested the plugin version they send us because we have already chosen another plugin but we see an effort from the plugin creator for solving the bugs.

    We ask for a refund because we are in the terms of their refund policy and they gave us it.

    Conclusion: there are better plugins that do the same things, mostly works and give you what they promise so I don’t recommend this plugin as of now. Developer did their best when I ask for a refund.
    Developers seems to work hard on the plugin so maybe in the future it will be great thanks to the functionalities that the plugin promise.

    I don’t like to post someone else alternative on a specific plugin page because the situation can change soon.

    I advise to give a try to some plugins not just the first one to understand which one better fits your needs.
