Not Sliding

I’m working on site and can’t get any sliding on testimonials. Is it because I have bs installed?
I’ve tried installing w widget in homepage area and using shortcode in a

• inside a nav-pills (bootstrap) configuration.
  I’ve displayed it on underconstruction page (where it also isn’t sliding).
