Can you please let us know which version of our plugin you are using?

Also, try selecting the “Logging” options value to “Everything” on the “MC4WP > others” page and then test placing an order again. Make sure to check our checkbox and then go back to the “MC4WP > Others” page to check if any error or other information is logged.

I shall do that, but just a bit more information – it seems to be working fine with Stripe, but not with PayPal, does that sound like a familiar issue?

I can’t recall if we ever came across this issue.

So I’m using Version 4.7.6 – and no more information is logged when I try to place a new order, with your checkbox checked and Logging set to ‘Everything’.
