Not showing up right in IE

This plugin is working great on Safari, Firefox and Chrome but if you go to IE there is no formatting and it is just a yellow box with plain text. The form still works but it covers the entire width of the screen and is plain black text in a yellowish box.
It looks just like the blue option in all other browsers. And works fine.
