Hey, thanks for the reply – I have since removed it for now as our site is under construction: https://mygamexp.eu/ but I assure you once it’s enabled as following the instructions it doesn’t show up at all, maybe a theme clash? ??

I will enable it now and just leave it there as a place holder for you to know its there though you can’t see it haha.

It is odd that the html is not in the code at all. I can see that the stylesheet and javascript are included. I noticed your theme is using visual composer plugin. I do not have a copy of VC to test against so maybe there is a conflict there.

Unfortunately, at the moment I am not sure how to troubleshoot your issue without purchasing the theme myself. But I will keep this thread open to see if anyone else has a similar issue. Then I might be able to pinpoint where the conflict is.

Just managed to get it work, using the code “short code” method from within posts. Then I put it into a widget text box and its working. Its just your widget seems to be bugged?!? as its working fine any other way ??
