  • The usual debug method is to deactivate all other plugins. If that solves the problem, reactivate plugins one-by-one to try to identify which one is causing the conflict. If it doesn’t solve the problem, switch to the default theme to be able to rule out a theme problem. Ensure your theme is the latest version.

Your link goes to a site which doesn’t look like a WordPress site. Do you have a working link?

Thank you for your answer. Site is febio.ru.
There are many plugins installed. This is the only way? Oh! Here’s another message “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /var/www/admin/data/www/site.ru/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 4105”

    Hello Moroboro,

Can you find the WooCommerce menu in wp-admin? If yes, can you please post the details found on the System Status page of WooCommerce?

Hello. Here is pdf file on Dropbox System Status page of WooCommerce

The error message is important. I see you have 128Mb of memory which is a good amount, but as you say you have lots of plugins, so consider increasing your available memory to 256Mb. I should do this before deactivating the plugins as I suggested.

Yes!! ?? Thank you! I increase to 256 MB and all work! Products is seen.
What maximum size WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is good?

It depends on the number of plugins, products, theme etc. Whatever works.
