Not showing the other than default stocks in ticker

  • Hi,

    Its a great plugin. In my site it not showing other than the default stock symbols even if add other symbols which i want to show in ticker.

    Could anybody help in that?

    Can you please tell me:
    1) how you added ticker to website (widget or shortcode)
    2) where you changed symbols (general settings, in widget or in shortcode)?
    3) do you have some caching plugin on website?
    4) what is cache timeout set in plugin general settings?
