Not showing the deposit option | Enfold theme

  • Hi,

    I’ve downloaded the free version of this though the deposit option is not shown on the product/cart pages. Anyone know how this may be solved?
    I’ve already checked whether there are any plugin incompatibilities and there are none.
    Maybe it’s the theme? It’s Enfold.

    Hello there,

    Our plugin follow the WordPress and WooCommerce standard in order to show the deposit options.

    I suggest you to switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen and try again.

    As you said, maybe the theme is causing the problem.

    It’s been a while, but I’ve tried to set up with Twenty Seventeen and the plugin is still not shown on the product pages.
