Not showing tax, even with correct settings

    Hi Simon,
    Is this with the default Simple template? The strange thing is that it doesn’t show a grand total at all!

    Could you check the email sent by WooCommerce to the customer (or admin) and upload a screenshot of that as well? It should be identical to the Simple template output…

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    I’m using the default template, but I have copied it into my child theme and added some lines I needed – I have not edited or removed any code that was there, just added additional lines.

    Here is a screenshot of the automated customer email:

    Hi! That is so strange… The totals in this plugin are using the exact same functions that WooCommerce uses for the email totals so I don’t understand what’s going wrong here. I suspect there may be a plugin conflict.

    Would it be possible for you to turn off some other WooCommerce related plugins to see if that resolves the issue? Are you aware of any filters being used to change how the WooCommerce totals are displayed?
