Not showing tax

Hy, tax not showing on the website, I tried all the “tricks”: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
It still does not show. The problem is, I started page only as catalog, not being able to create purchase. Once customer said, we should change cataloge site to webstore, tax did not show at all.
