Not showing specific (confirmation email)

    I created a very simple simple contactform with wpeverst. Here you can see the contactform: https://www.hacienda-riogordo.com/contact/

    Now when people fill in the contactform they receive an email. In the email they receive they also receive the information that they agreed with the privacy policy. Is there a way not to show this privacy field? We dont want to show that in the email they receive.
