The first one would be to use The Google Tag Assistant Chrome tool to test the tracking and make sure that it is sending the correct information to Google. The test will help you see if there is any duplicated code, conflict, or cache plugin that is causing the issue. Here you can find more information about this:

Make sure that you don’t test it as an Admin user as that visit won’t be tracked by the Google Analytics extension. If you notice some errors with that tool you might want to perform a plugin conflict test.

Finally, there are a few other reasons that might prevent some orders from showing in your Analytics dashboard as for instance, users with an ad blocker or any other privacy-related browser extension.
