Not showing quantity field unless page is refreshed

For some reason this weekend, WP Favorite Posts stopped working on a client’s site. It allows someone to “favorite” a post, but not add a quantity (it’s being used for a custom post type product) until the user refreshes the page. It seemed to be a conflict with jquery cycle plugin but even after disabling it; it’s not working. I also tried disabling the Yoast SEO plugin based on someone else’s suggestion, but that didn’t work.
