Not showing proper Moon Phase

Hi, I’m looking at the widget currently in display on https://www.joeswebtools.com. I noticed it’s not showing the same current moon phase as these other services: https://www.timeanddate.com/astronomy/usa/san-francisco or https://www.moongiant.com/phase/today/

Notice that I’m checking from the same timezone as stated in the plugin description (Pacific US).

I want to use the plugin but I would like it to match the information on those other services. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!
