Not showing popup on update basket and no message when items removed

  • Criteria is set to 3 items for free gift.

    Not showing popup on update basket:
    Basket contains 2 items.
    Increate items in basket to 3 using quantity spinner in basket and select “Update Basket”.
    No popup offering free gift.
    To get free gift popup, need to refresh/reload page.

    No message when items removed:
    Basket contains 4 items – 3 paid and 1 free gift.
    Reduce 3 paid items to 2 paid items using quantity spinner in basket and select “Update Basket”.
    Banner showing basket updated.
    No banner at top of page indicating basket doesn’t qualify for free gift.

    Shopper is uninformed as to why free gift item has been removed from basket, thus leaves open for complaints.

    Hot same issue after updating woocommerce to 2.6 it does not refresh the Page after clicking update cart, but instead Its now an Ajax call , so no popup of gift.
    Is there a solution already?

    Posted this 6 weeks ago and still no reply from plugin author.

    Doesn’t inspire much confidence in purchasing the pro version, as we will need to add multiple products.

    Would appreciate some feedback on this from Plugin Author.
