Not showing on some devices

  • The plugin not showing some of the devices. Ex. My MD using hornor mobile and the live chat not showing for him and also his laptop too. And I have disbaled the hide for mobile option. Kindly solve the problem.

    Hi sbnsaravana and sorry for the late reply.

    The reason could be that sometimes when the device has antivirus program it blocks the chat box. Also some browser’s plugins, add-ons and extension block the chat box.
