Not showing on RTL theme?

I’ve tested the plugin on a fresh wordpress installation and it worked great. I’ve configured it to my liking, then installed it on my live site and copied the configuration.
Unfortunately, the box nor the text are showing on my site. Can it be due to the use of ltr.css of the theme?
