Not showing on multi-step checkout

    Hi, this plugin was working okay when it was setup on a standard WooCommerce checkout page, but my client needs a multi-step checkout and one that only shows the shipping page, not billing. The only multi-step checkout plugin I could find, that allows the turning off of the billing page, was “WooCommerce Multi-Step Checkout”, which does exactly what she needs but now your “Add-on WooCommerce MailPoet 3” is no longer showing the option to subscribe to the newsletter on the checkout page. I also had to set WooCommerce shipping options to “Force shipping to the customer billing address”, so I am not sure if there is a conflict with the multi-step checkout or that setting in WooCommerce. Please investigate and offer suggestions for a solution.

  • I have installed Woocommerce with this plugin and i have the same problem, in checkout page do not display the option to subcribe to the newsletter.

    Please go to your site wwoocommerce settings page for mailpoet /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=mailpoet and save settings. If you are installing this plugin in a site first time than you should save settings to this plugin working.

    However, after saving settings if it not work than please try to change Subscription Position option. Let us know if that works.

    What I understand from your comment is you have omitted a part of woocommerce checkout form forcefully. That could be a slight problem with this plugin. But still I think this plugin would work with your setup. You can do this see if this works ->
    1. Save settings first.
    2. Adjust Subscription Position to different location of checkout page see if it works.
    Let us know if that works or not.

    I tried to save the settings and change Subscription Position but it does not work in any way, in the ceckout page does not display anything.
    For more info i use WP V.4.9.4 – Theme Spacious Pro V.2.1.0 – WooCommerce V.3.3.4
