    Dear @stevas0159,

    Thank you for the topic.

We checked the website you provided us with and couldn’t find a survey there.

So, please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

    1. The link, where the given survey is located.
    2. The PHP version you are using.
    3. The WordPress version you are using.
    4. Also, we checked and noticed that you are using a Cache plugin. Please clear all the caches and check the case again.
The page HTML may have been cached due to which the cached HTML is opened each time and the newly applied changes can’t be seen on the front-end.

      See the screenshot below:

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.

    Dear @stevas0159,

    Thanks for your response.

    We checked out your website.
Most probably, the problem comes from the Cache as there was no survey on your website when we were checking it as a non-logged-in user on PC.
The same was about a mobile device.

    See the screenshot below:

However, when we checked the case without a strong cache generated there, the survey was displayed for us.
The survey was displayed on a mobile device as well.

    See the screenshots below:

We used the following URL to avoid cache?to some extent:
    https://theeco4expert.org/?S

Please try to check whether you have cleared the cache for guests or not.
Try to check the case when the cache is disabled and let us know about the outcome.

As to the question related to Google Sheets.
The plugin has an integration with Google Sheets. However, the integration is available only in the Pro version of the plugin.?
