I was able to install and setup the plugin. It looks great and it shows on all pages but one. I cannot get it to show on my home page: https://www.gdca.com.

I thought it might be a conflict with Slider Revolution but I created a test page with Slider Revolution and it displays just fine: https://www.gdca.com/rev-slider-test/

Any thoughts on what might be happening?

By the way, I noticed that my post was the fifth “Not Showing on Home Page” post. I checked the others and was not able to get a solution.

    Hi @juusui,

On your homepage I seen some console errors which are likely breaking the javascript.

For example, this one is only visible on the homepage: “Uncaught Error: No handler option passed to Waypoint constructor”.

As I see the Complianz scripts enqueued correctly, and this is the only difference between the home and subpages, I’d look into the waypoints add on. It seems to be part of the bb-plugin.

    Hi @juusui,

Did this work out for you?

Thanks for the feedback. I can see the error but I don’t have the ability to fix this on my own. I’ve sent it to a developer that I work with for help. I’ll post the answer once we resolve.

It’s possible it could be a theme problem as well. The theme uses Waypoints and the theme company hasn’t updated the theme in some time (may be out of business). I can see that the theme’s version of Waypoints is a full two versions behind.

By the way, this page (https://www.gdca.com/request-product-transfer/) also uses Beaver Builder and the Cookie Consent banner shows without issue.

    Hi @juusui,

It could be a theme issue, but without proper access we can’t debug the issue. We will wait to here from your developers.

    Thanks for your feedback,

    regards Aert
