Not showing on "children" reply comments

    the “report comment” appears next to the “replay button for level one comments but any reply that falls under those top level comments don’t have the “report” option. i have the tree set to only 2 levels of nested comments so the secondary comments don’t have a reply button.

    Also, when a comment is marked as “reported” and then approved in the system the “report comment” disappears forever on the page for that particular comment.
