Not showing on Category/Archive Pages with Variable product

  • The plugin works great, but I noticed the pre-order option is not showing on a Variable product on the Archive/Category pages. When you select the variation it still says “add to cart”, but on the actual product page it shows pre-order correctly (although it starts out as add to cart there too and changes)

    Since this is just affecting variable products is there a missing snippet of some sort? I am using the most basic StoreFront theme and since it works on individual product pages my guess is a hook is missing for the Category/archive pages where single products show correctly.     I think I actually just worked around it by removing the variations on the archives, but it’s still possibly something others run into.

    Hello,
    WooCommerce doesn’t show a select to choose the variation of a product on shop pages. Maybe you have used an additional plugin that is not integrated with YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce.
