[NSFW] Not showing on an iphone

    Hi,

    I’ve just added the plugin to my wordpress website and it works great, can see it on my windows 10 pc and chrome, and chrome on my android phone…..

    My sales manager can’t see the video on her iphone though….any ideas as to why it won’t work?

    The file in question is a m4v file encoded from an mp4 file…..would this have something to do with it?

    Any help would be hugely appreciated.

    it’s a public place. if you have no problem to share the video page with other, would you please share the page link here where you used panorama shortcode?
