    Hi Govnoblat;
    First of all; I marked the other two posts you entered as being “not support questions”, there’s no use in having 3 threads open on the same topic, as I’m sure you’d agree, right? ??

    Concerning the problem you mention; there is no way whatsoever in which Autoptimize can interfere with posts being shown or not, and even less so if Autoptimize has been removed. There simply must be something else messing things up here.

    Kind regards,
    frank

    Hi Frank,

    sorry about the other threads..

    well, the posts didnt refresh after I installed the plugin on two of my sites so I removed it. The problem remained after uninstalling so I disabled all other plugins to check, the problem is still there with all plugins removed. I did not run any other caching plugins. So I ano sure what could have happened here? But it did start when activating autoptimize

    99.99999% sure this is not due to Autoptimize Govnoblat.

    Let me try to explain what AO does; it catches the HTML before being sent to the browser (using the output buffer), moves all JS & CSS in that HTML to optimized files and (optionally) minimizes HTML. The optimized JS & CSS-files are cached, the HTML is not (well, not by AO anyway). So the only way AO can not show new posts, is if the HTML it “catches” doesn’t contain those posts in the first place.

    Once disabled and/or removed, AO can’t do a thing, as it is not active and as it does not modify any other WordPress code to being with.

    So although I certainly do believe that the problem started when activating AO, that can only have been pure coincidence (damn bad luck, really).

    hope this helps (somehow),
    frank

    Hi Frank,

    you were right, AO had nothing to do with my problem, I had caching enabled in htaccess which was causing problems…sorry for wasting your time

    glad it works, now you can give AO another try ??
