Not showing Membership Level option i.e Free and Paid both

When user try to join us for paid Membership Level. There is only free membership level option we need both to show in dropdown(Free and Paid)

There is only free membership level option we need both to show in dropdown(Free and Paid)
Unfortunately that is not possible in our plugin. When a visitor lands on your Join Us page, they have a choice of selecting different membership levels depending on what you are offering. Once they click on the button they will be redirected to the registration page.
By the way I clicked on your buy now button and it generates the following error message.
Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
You need to investigate the settings for the paid membership level. The following troubleshooting link can help you.
