Not showing latest review (it’s showing 2 month ago)

@savanvaghsiya I cannot see the plugin showing in this page.

Please note that all reviews received by the Places API are the most relevant and not necessarily the most recent. This is covered in the plugin’s FAQ and other responses in the forum. Relevant and recent are not always the same, particularly if a customer leaves just a rating without a review.

Please let me know if there is a particular example of a review that you’re expecting not appearing in your list of reviews.

Can i get 2 week ago review also?

@savanvaghsiya I’ll break this explanation down into parts:

1. The Places API always collects the 5 most relevant reviews, based upon the language set. Recent reviews with no little or no review text, or in another language will be deemed less relevant than older reviews with a matching language and more review text. In your screen shots, some of the newer reviews will be omitted from the Places API data because they aren’t perceived as being relevant. View the Retrieved Data for its current selection.
2. Once collected, the sorting functionality will only apply to reviews that exist in your catalogue – so, having it sorted from new to old will only show the newest, relevant reviews collected through the Places API.
3. You may choose to fill in the gaps using the HTML Import feature to collect all reviews currently showing in your browser. Go to the Advanced tab for more details.
