Not showing in posts

    Hi

    Installed Starbox on test blog and it worked fine. However the author boxes arent showing on the live site. If I add the short code they appear fine but not automatically.

    I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling but with no luck.

    The site is https://blog.hqip.org.uk/

    Other installed plugins are:
    Addthis
    Akismet
    Better WP Secutity
    Livefyre
    User admin simplifier
    WP Re-importer
    WP User avatar
