Not Showing in Order page

Hi,
during this epidemic period I’ve disabled automatic review emails, we sell motorcycle apparel and accessories, wich for the 90% can only be reviewed after use on a motorcycle.

Now, that the situation is clearing, I need to send review request for past completed orders.

Is there a way to automatically do that?

If not: I checked the “Enable Manual Reminders” but on the Order page, after enabling the view they appear as black in the table. No action, no button or anything else.
What to look for to fix this? No error in chrome console.
