Not Showing In Customizer

I’m not getting an option to use Category Posts at all in the customizer. The plugin is installed and active. I’ve used it to set up all my pages. I was making updates to a new page and went to set up Category Posts, but cannot because it’s not showing up in the customizer. Can you please help? I have screenshots.
