Not showing in admin panel

Hello,
I have a problem with my production site. I cant see your plugin in the admin panel. This plugin is active in the stage and in the production server. In the stage, all is working fine, but in the production server, this plugin not showing in the admin panel. Both of these sites are absolutely similar. The only difference is the domain.
In the production site, access from the link to plugin options page not working too. On the stage, all working.
Have some idea how this can be fixed?
