May I know how did you add it to Elementor? Please make sure that you add it with Shortcode widget.

    Thank you!

Hi @omarcp – So the popup is working now?
Just to clarify, so in order to add the popup form to Elementor, here are what you need to do :
    1. go to Eventbrite form.
    2. on the Choose How Checkout Appears, choose : A button that opens the checkout modal over your content. Then save and copy the shortcode.
    3. go to your page, open with Elementor, then choose Shortcode widget.
    4. paste the shortcode to the shortcode widget.

Regarding your second question, the plugin is basically just embedding the form from Eventbrite so it will always synced with your latest reservation data.

Let me know if you have any other question ??

    Thank you!

Thank you for your fast reply,

The popup works when using a button that opens the checkout modal over your content.

It is not working when i chose “Embedded on the page with your content”

What im trying to do is a button in my site and when you click on it it open the checkout inside my site. for that im using elementor popup or offcanvas content.

I want to embedd it on my content, thats why i think it is not working with mine because it works really nice in your demo. this is my event ID: 61332308586

Hi @omarcp – in order to create popup mode in Elementor, you need to do these following steps :

    1. go to Eventbrite form.
    2. on the Choose How Checkout Appears, choose : A button that opens the checkout modal over your content. Then save and copy the shortcode.
    3. go to your page, open with Elementor, then choose Shortcode widget.
    4. paste the shortcode to the shortcode widget.

I’ll try to check the possibility to use Elementor popup and will add it on the next version.

    Thank you!

Yes please, i will wait for next version.

I have tryed embeding in a normal page with a diferent Event ID and it works but with mine it does not, the only diferent feature i find inside the event is the seat reservation map.

I hope you could try it yourself with my event id 61332308586

    thanks for your attention.

    Hi @omarcp
I did test with your Event ID and it’s not working.

I think that’s the problem. Your event has seat reservation map and I never test it before with the plugin.

I’ll investigate it and will try to fix it on the next version.
    Thank you!

    Hi there,
according to Eventbrite, the seat reservation map is not supported by embedded checkout system.

    Thank you!
