• The payment gateway is no longer giving a customer a reason why their credit card is being declined (or it is, at least happening?periodically). The customer is shown an error message after entering card?details incorrectly which says “error processing” and/or the round “thinking” circle just keeps spinning, then times out and the error processing message displays.? More often than not, the issue seems to be tied to the customer not properly formatting their card number or expiration date.

    I expect the system to be telling the customer?what the problem is (or at least highlight the error area so the customer knows what issue needs to be fixed.??

    I just tried this myself – I put in the wrong card # and incorrectly entered the expiration date, the 2nd screen shot shows the error message.? If the system won’t highlight or state the exact issue – ex:? expiration date invalid, it should at least indicate that the card info formatting is incorrect…??
