Hi we installed WPSSO today as our website went live today and all our facebook link share images were not of our logo but of our shop hours, we installed you plugin to try and rectify the problem, but the problem still remains. WPSSO did give us notice of the following:
At least one of your theme header templates does not support Schema markup of the webpage head section. The <head> element in your theme’s header templates should include a function / action / filter call for its attributes. WPSSO can update your theme header templates automatically to change the default <head> element to:

    <head <?php do_action( ‘add_head_attributes’ ); ?>>

Click here to update theme header templates automatically or update the theme templates yourself manually.

I am wondering if this is what is causing the plugin to not show the correct images, we were a little skeptical to do this as we didn’t want our brand new site crashing on us today, the first live day.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

You should modify your template in order to support Schema markup for Google+, Pinterest, and others.

Have you read the Setup Guide? You should try submitting an example post/page to the Facebook debugger.

If you need additional help, please include a URL to an example post/page and describe the specific issue on that post/page.

    Thanks,

Sorry, I thought I left the url it is https://www.scrapbookingdelights.com.au
We actually had to deactivate it at the moment because your plugin sent our backend products page into disarray, the logo we wanted as our facebook link image was at the end of every product and each products description was spread right down the page, as soon as we deactivate the plugin it went back to normal. We are still trying to work out a way to get our facebook image to our header logo on facebook instead of our open hours. No idea what to do now

Have a look at the “Interface and General Usage” section of the Setup Guide for info on managing the Social Img and Social Desc columns (which sounds like what you’re referring to).

If / when you re-activate the plugin, please describe the issue you’re seeing on https://www.scrapbookingdelights.com.au/ (your home page).
