not showing contents used by user on backend

    Hey when some one enter some texts on fields which use this plugin on my website and buy some stuff those entered texts are not visible to me on backend i see fields titles but there is nothing infront of them so i have to call customer and ask those fields manually i saw on other support topics u said we had to disable Ajax but this didn’t help
