Not showing comments

    Hello,

    First of all, thank you for making this great plugin, I’m sure I will love it when it will work… And I saw your replies to every posts in this forum, that’s nice too…

    My problem is simple, I followed every steps of your explanation in that other thread, everything seems to be fine but the comments still not show.

    I use a self made theme, which I think is fine. I’ve took the comments.php from a tutorial. Do you think the problem could come from that file ?

    I can see the comments in the admin and if I deactivate the plugin I see the shortcode.

    I’m gonna search deeper to see if I haven’t done anything wrong but would appreciate some help if you can ??

    Comment-guestbook uses the wordpress integrated comments. Please have a look that comments are working without the shortcode. If this is working it also should work with the comment-guestbook shortcode.

    For all users with problems displaying the comments due to theme issues I want to include a new option to integrate the comment list in the page content. This should solve all issues with the different themes.
    Probably I can do this next weekend.

    I have released a new version today (0.5.0) which includes a new option to display the comment list in the page content. This should solve all theme problems. You can find more information in the FAQ and in the option description.
