Not showing clearpay_paragraph unless it shows the Settings one too

  • We are setting this up for a client, and they need to add the [clearpay_paragraph] version in the Short Description, as not all their products are valid for Clear Pay.

    So we took the shortcode and added it but it fails to show.
    It only shows if you enable the: Payment Info on Individual Product Pages, AND keep the text in the section, thus displaying the information twice.

    how do we add the Shortcode on product pages and have them viewable?

    Thank you for your message.

    In order to show the paragraph for shortcode only, please ensure the ‘Payment Info on Individual Product Pages’ remains enabled and keep the text which would be used to display the paragraph, and empty the hook name in that section.

    Alternatively to exclude certain products from using Clearpay, advanced users may use the clearpay_is_product_supported hook. More information on how to use this hook: https://developers.clearpay.co.uk/clearpay-online/docs/woocommerce-hooks
