    Hi,
    When requesting leave, the system doesn’t show the number of days available for the selected leave type. When I select the leave type, it just displays “- are available”.
    Also, when I look at the leave balance, it just shows a “-” under Scheduled and Available.
    Is there a simple way to resolve this?

    Hi

    It’s probably a settings issue. For example:

    – Have you created and assigned a leave policy?
    – Have you set a location for the employee?

    If you can check it’s set up correctly with the help of the documentation that would be great. If the problem remains unresolved after that, it may be something like a plugin clash which is a bigger issue to resolve. Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Yes, I have a policy created and assigned.
    It appears that it could be related to location. When I change the employee location to “Main Location”, a number of days available does show when I select leave type. However, the number of days is incorrect.
    Also, an employee can have a location set to any custom location or “Main Location” but a leave policy location can only be set to one of the custom locations.

    Leave Policy should also be assignable to ‘All Location’ or to a specific location if you check in the WPHR leave => Policies tab and click on the Policy there is a drop down allowing you to assign the Policy to Departments, Roles, Genders and Location.

    Hi,
    Yes, the leave policy is assignable to “All Location” as well as the custom locations.
    When I select the correct custom location for employee and policy, i just get the message “- are available”.
    I have given admin access via the support page of the plugin now.

    Hi – we have just uploaded version 0.1.8.1 which fixes this issue.

    If your leave available column still shows incorrect, please check the office location has been assigned and linked to the leave policy and that the employee is also assigned to the same location.
